How do I get started with AnidaPro?
Download the AnidaPro app or sign up at anidapro.com. After creating your account, the setup wizard walks you through adding your business details, getting a dedicated business phone number, and creating your first client.
How do I get a dedicated business number?
During onboarding, go to the "Get your business number" step, enter your local area code, and choose from available numbers. Your plan must include SMS (Small Business, Enterprise, or Freelance with the SMS add-on).
How do I create and send an estimate?
Navigate to Estimates → New Estimate. Fill in the client details, add line items, and tap "Send" to deliver it by email with an e-signature link.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes. When you send an invoice, clients receive a link to a secure payment page where they can pay by card. Payments are processed via Stripe and deposited to your connected bank account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Portal → Settings → Billing and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at support@anidapro.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address on your account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. AnidaPro uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
What platforms is AnidaPro available on?
AnidaPro is available as a web app at anidapro.com and as a native mobile app on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
