SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

This page describes how AnidaPro collects consent to send SMS text messages, what types of messages are sent, and how recipients can opt out. AnidaPro is a business platform for home-service contractors: we send messages both to contractors in our network and, on behalf of each contractor, to the customers who contact that contractor's business.

How We Collect Consent

Pros provide their mobile phone number and explicit SMS consent when completing the pro application form at anidapro.com/pros/apply.

On Step 1 of the application (Business Information), the following consent checkbox — unchecked by default — appears directly below the phone number field:

SMS Messaging Consent

I agree to receive automated SMS messages from AnidaPro with notifications about new leads and important account updates only. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Phone number ownership is verified before the form can proceed — a 6-digit one-time code is sent via SMS (powered by Twilio Verify) and must be confirmed before the application is submitted.

Customers of Contractors on AnidaPro

Each contractor on AnidaPro is assigned a dedicated business phone number. A customer consents to receive SMS messages from that contractor's business in one of the following ways:

  • Calling the business — when a customer calls a contractor's business number and the call is missed, a text-back reply is sent to that same number so the conversation can continue over SMS.
  • Submitting a booking or quote request — the contractor's online booking form includes a disclosure that, by providing a phone number, the customer agrees to receive text messages about their service request.
  • Providing a number during service — customers who give a contractor their mobile number to receive appointment updates, estimates, or invoices for work they requested.

Every contractor's public booking page displays the following disclosure with the phone number field:

Booking Form SMS Disclosure

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from [business name] about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

You can view a live example of a contractor booking form, including this disclosure alongside its phone number field, at anidapro.com/book/e8cf832e‑0280‑4ed8‑b6a6‑c4242a395023.

These messages always relate to the customer's own inquiry, appointment, or account with that contractor. Customer phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of Messages Sent

After a contractor is approved and added to our network, they may receive the following SMS messages from AnidaPro:

  • New lead notifications — a brief summary of a new property services lead (services needed, city, urgency level) with a unique claim link.
  • Account and job notifications — booking requests, invoice payments, and other activity on the contractor's AnidaPro account.
  • One-time verification codes — 6-digit codes sent during phone verification at the time of application.

Customers of a contractor's business may receive the following messages from that contractor's dedicated number:

  • Missed-call text-backs — a follow-up text when a call to the business goes unanswered.
  • Conversation replies — two-way customer-care replies about the customer's inquiry or job.
  • Appointment and inquiry follow-ups — confirmations and check-ins about a requested service.
  • Estimates, invoices, and payment reminders — links to view or pay for work the customer requested.
  • Review requests — a one-time invitation to leave feedback after a completed job.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Contractors may receive multiple messages per day during high-volume periods or none during slow periods, based on lead and account activity. Customers typically receive a small number of messages related to their specific inquiry, appointment, or invoice.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages — whether from AnidaPro or from a contractor's business number — reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your number has been removed and no further messages will be sent from that number.

To request help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@anidapro.com.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AnidaPro does not charge any fee for SMS messages.
