1. Who We Are

AnidaPro LLC (“AnidaPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website anidapro.com and the AnidaPro contractor portal. We connect property owners and managers nationwide with licensed service contractors and provide property maintenance, management, and community facility services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Service requests: name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the service needed.
  • Contractor applications: business name, contact details, service categories, license/insurance information, and logo.
  • Portal accounts: email address, password (hashed via Supabase Auth), business information, client records, job details, and invoice data you enter.
  • Payment information: billing details processed directly by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
  • Support requests: name, email, and message content.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, browser type, and device type via standard web server logs and analytics tools.
  • Cookies and local storage: session tokens required for authentication and preference storage. See Section 6 for details.
  • Phone call metadata: if you call our business number, call duration and caller ID are logged via Twilio.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery: matching your property needs with qualified contractors, dispatching leads, and communicating service status.
  • Contractor portal: providing CRM, job management, invoicing, scheduling, and team management features to approved contractors.
  • Billing: processing subscription payments and per-lead charges through Stripe.
  • Communications: sending transactional SMS (lead alerts, verification codes) via Twilio and transactional email (receipts, invitations, status updates) via Resend. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS.
  • Platform safety: detecting fraud, enforcing our Terms of Service, and resolving disputes.
  • Analytics and improvement: understanding how users interact with the platform so we can improve features and content.
  • Legal compliance: meeting applicable federal, state, and local legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below:

  • Contractors: when you submit a service request, relevant contact details and property information are shared with the matched contractor in order to fulfill the service.
  • Stripe: payment card data and billing information are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Twilio: SMS and call functionality is powered by Twilio, Inc. subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery is handled by Resend, subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel: our hosting provider processes request data in order to serve the website.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Service request records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and session tokens strictly necessary for authentication and secure access to the contractor portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent login to the portal.

7. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access and correction: you may access or correct your personal information by logging into your portal account or contacting us.
  • Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing anidaprocom@gmail.com. Note that certain data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
  • Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message we send you to unsubscribe. You can also contact us to be removed from all SMS communications.
  • Opt out of email: follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us directly.
  • Data portability: upon request, we can provide a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.

8. State Privacy Rights (Florida & CCPA)

Florida residents are afforded rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and other applicable state law. California residents who interact with our services have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Residents of other states with similar laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) enjoy comparable rights. We do not sell personal information. 9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an email to portal account holders). Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
