4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below:
- Within your workspace: data you enter (clients, jobs, invoices, etc.) is visible to other authorized members of your AnidaPro workspace based on the role you assign them.
- Your clients: when you send an estimate, invoice, or review request, the relevant document and your branding are shared with the recipient you specified.
- Stripe: payment card data and billing information are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure subject to their Privacy Policy.
- Twilio: SMS and call functionality is powered by Twilio, Inc. subject to their Privacy Policy.
- Resend: transactional email delivery is handled by Resend, subject to their Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: our hosting provider processes request data in order to serve the platform.
- Intuit / QuickBooks: if you choose to connect your QuickBooks Online account, we share the customer and invoice data you elect to sync (names, contact details, and invoice line items) with Intuit Inc. to create corresponding records in your QuickBooks company file. This data is transmitted via Intuit’s authorized API and handled under Intuit’s Privacy Policy. The connection is optional, initiated by you, and can be revoked at any time from Settings.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
Subscriber end-client data — controller/processor relationship. When you (the subscriber) enter your own clients’ personal information into AnidaPro (names, contact details, property addresses, etc.), you are the data controller for that data and AnidaPro acts solely as a data processor on your behalf. Privacy inquiries, access requests, and deletion requests from your clients regarding data you collected must be directed to you, not to AnidaPro. AnidaPro will process end-client data only as necessary to provide the platform to you and will not use it for any independent purpose.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Workspace records (such as invoices and client history) may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to support tax, accounting, and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7), subject to those legal retention periods.
After termination. When your subscription ends — whether cancelled by you or terminated by AnidaPro — your account data is retained for 30 days so you can export it using the platform’s built-in export tools. After that window, AnidaPro may permanently delete your account data from our systems and backups. You are solely responsible for exporting data you wish to keep before the 30-day window expires. For terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service, AnidaPro reserves the right to shorten or forgo this retention window. See Section 14 of our Terms & Conditions for additional detail.
Data breach notification. In the event of a security breach that compromises your personal information, AnidaPro will notify affected account holders as required by applicable law — and in any event within 30 days of discovering a reportable breach — by email to the address on file.
6. Cookies & Do Not Track
We use essential cookies and session tokens strictly necessary for authentication and secure access to the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent you from logging in.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals has been established, our platform does not currently alter its data practices based on DNT signals.
7. Your Rights & Choices
We will respond to verified rights requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to a further 45 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 45-day window.
- Access and correction: you may access or correct your personal information by logging into your AnidaPro account or contacting us.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@anidapro.com. Note that certain data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as described in Section 5.
- Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message we send you to unsubscribe. You can also contact us to be removed from all SMS communications.
- Opt out of email: follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us directly.
- Data portability: upon request, we will provide a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format within 45 days.
- Appeal: if we deny your rights request, you may appeal by emailing info@anidapro.com with the subject line “Rights Request Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within 60 days.
8. State Privacy Rights
Residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Montana, and others — have rights including:

- The right to access and correct that information.

- The right to appeal a denial of any rights request (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others). See Section 7 for how to submit an appeal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@anidapro.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
